First glimpse of Mercury's morning apparition.
Mercury is 10° above the horizon in Nautical twilight. By the time it reaches greatest Western elongation from the Sun (Mar24) it will be in Astronomical twilight at this altitude (much easier to image). Before that date it will get a visit from the Crescent Moon.
