I have been enjoying Venus' evening meetings. This evening, Venus met up with Uranus passing only 2°24' to the right of the ice giant. Despite some annoying clouds, I was still able to observe some interesting details such as Venus' phase, 59% waning gibbous, and Uranus' prominent blue hue.
Canon 5DS body with a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM and an iOptron SkyTracker Pro for the wider angle and an Orion 8" Newtonian Astrograph mounted on a Celestron AVX for the detailed inserts.
