Undoubtedly the most compelling 15° field of view in the Heavens! The giant molecular cloud in Sagittarius is flanked by 2 fine nebulae to the North and 2 exquisite open clusters to the South. And dark nebulae are snaking all around!
This is my first nightscape using a full frame lens on a mirrorless camera. The advantage is virtually no edge distortion or vignetting. And the glass is huge. The image sensor is picking up every available photon! What a phenomenal tool for Astronomical study. Did you know that every one of those dark nebula has a number?

It's that simple!
