It was quite windy on Feb 29th, but that didn't discourage the ducks and seagulls from having fun! I love how the water droplets turned out in this photo (note the droplet on his head and the wave on his chest).

No filter used. Increased contrast and brightened it a bit. During golden hour on the coast you don't need very much editing.
