A star river runs thru the Winter Hexagon.
I've been waiting a long time for a night transparent enough to capture the Winter Milkyway flowing across the Winter Hexagon. I'll have to be content with a little Lunar glare!
The vertices of the hexagon are as follows, starting from bright Sirius in the upper left and moving clockwise:
Sirius, Procyon, Pollux/Castor, Capella, Aldebaran and Rigel.
I could not bring myself to add labels to this image. I'm weird like that.
