We are getting ready for the Venus-Neptune conjunction.
Yesterday (26 jan) they were already so close that they could be imagined together. Because of the brightness of Venus I choose to imagine this with the Bahtinov mask on my telescope.
They look so close, but in reality Venus is at 170 millions km away, while Neptune at more the 4.5 billions km! :)
4" refractor + Canon 750D, iOptron cem25p mount.
