Taal Volcano now at Level 4 as of 23.43 pm Jan 12 Sunday. Here in Manila we are 50 kms away, where ash is coming on the NE Wind. Taal Volcano is in a picturesque resort area, holiday day visitors and permanent residents in Tagaytay City.
