Iridescent Clouds
Very hot sunshine on Wednesday afternoon caused a build-up of cumulus clouds in the vicinity of Mutare. At just after 5 pm a beautiful bright double layered iridescent cloud suddenly appeared above a small cumulus formation. The two layers gradually merged and for about ten minutes produced a vivid display of all the colors of a rainbow before dispersing.
