This is a photo of the annular eclipse of 26th December 2019 captured from Bekal beach near the city of Kasaragod, North Kerela, India. The photo was taken from a cliff near the beach to get a video of the beach. This composite image shows the progress of the solar eclipse as seen from the location. The eclipse sequence was captured with a solar filter except for the annularity shot which was captured without the solar filter

This is a crop out of a larger panoramic photo. more than 70 images were used to create the image, including the sequence and panorama. The eclipse sequence was captured with a solar filter. the annularity shot was taken without the solar filter. After the eclipse was over I waited about 2 hours so the sun and sun's glare moves out of the camera frame. I also waited for the placement of clouds to fir the composition.
