I'm still arguing with people about this month's Moon being the last Moon of the decade!
There is no year Zero. We went from 1B.C. to
1A.D. The last Full Moon of the decade will be in Dec., 2020.
But if you are on the 1st floor of a building and take an elevator up 10 levels and believe that you are on the 10th floor, then yes; this was the last full Moon of the decade.
