Near-conjunction of Venus (left) and Jupiter (right) visible to very low altitude as they set into the landscape of the Western Turkey countryside near the Bay of Izmir. Star-like features that do not follow the same time evolution as the 26 images of Venus and Jupiter are random noise artifacts. Time lapse interval is one minute of time.

Canon 500 D, Shutter Speed 1.0 sec, f/5.6, zoom lens at FL 133 mm, ISO 800.

Calculations/Add in Photoshop was used to stack all images. The result was turned to Grayscale mode and curved to Input: 60 to cut down on sky glare.
