I chose this composition of Deneb to feature Cepheus, the King. Cepheus is circumpolar in mid-Northern latitudes (it never sets).
Mu Cep is Herschel's Garnet Star, one of the reddest stars in the sky. You can see the contrast thru binoculars.
If you recall your Greek Mythology, Cepheus is the husband of Cassiopeia (who sits beside him in the sky). Andromeda is their daughter.
