My mother passed from cancer two years ago, and I am currently living in my parents home to organize and get it ready to sell. This fairy ring is around a tree in an area mom always wanted to completely relandscape but never got the chance. There is a bird (squirrel) feeder and hummingbird feeders, which was her favorite bird. I’ve made it my own area now, rescuing The plants and relaxing here when I can. These mushrooms were not here yesterday, as I moved some potted plants out of there. I just noticed them, and had no idea they are Fairy Rings. I thought it was simply another sign from mom hat she’s still around ( we attribute getting buzzed by hummingbirds, dragonflies, finding pennies on the ground, sun breaks at perfect times, etc as signals of her constant presence in our lives) I googled, and here I am!
