Of course the Orion Nebula is #1 on my Favorite Binocular Targets list.
At the expense of a little star trailing, I pushed the exposure time to 5s in order to show some of the intricate detail in the nebula. Using averted vision, you can actually see this detail thru binoculars (once your eyes are dark adapted). Unfortunately, you cannot see the color that the camera's image sensor is capturing.
