The still image from a video shows the currently six people crewed International Space Station (ISS) in lunar transit across Mare Serenitatis - the “Sea of Serenity” - one of the dark, basaltic plains on the Moon’s surface, formed by ancient volcanic eruptions. The entire transit took all of 0.67 seconds.
