On August 6th I had submitted a photo of meteors captured at the Visitor Center at Mueller State Park and had lamented the terrible lighting caused by the awful red-tinted and terribly bright lights they use at night. Dr Ski had suggested I start using a custom white balance so I set one up to counteract the red. I went to the same location and took the same picture for comparison. It was much darker on 8/6 because there was no Moon and today the Moon had just set, but other than that the main difference in the photos is the Custom White Balance. Thank you Dr Ski.
