This was my effort at controlling ISO to 100.
Manual focus in Manual mode did not go as I had thought.
So keeping ISO at 100 gave this as a result which was not true to the eyes.
(in Manual mode in auto focus option, ISO gets automatically set at 6400, and that gives some desired results.)
