This morning I enjoyed Bird watching: At the beach the artificially created and protected bird nesting habitats for sandy coastal migrant birds like American Oyster Catcher, Least Tern, Black Skimmer, Piper Plover. It was pretty invigorating to watch the chicks, they being fed, parent bird calls and wings open shots. So much so, I forgot about the sunrise hues.
This American Oyster Catcher seems to be in an alert but tough Yoga mode.
