This photo was taken just off Ute Trail, up the newly opened and snow-free Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park. Carolyn and I drove up for a late night, high altitude, timelapse session and captured a Jupiter and Saturn-flanked Milky Way before clouds moved in to obscure the scene. Temperatures in the upper 40s made star gazing especially enjoyable.
