I call it the Devil's Tail. The arrow shaped funnel (if one) lost it's shape in less than a minute. This storm cloud had no lightning, which is unusual for a cloud this big. It is unusual for a cloud to come this low. The location is near the top of the ridge known as Penn View Mtn of Chestnut Ridge.
