I went back to Little Finland in the Gold Butte National Monument this past weekend to shoot the Milky way. The galactic core started rising about 12:30 am and I got this shot right at 4 am. This is a single image with no post processing other than to resize it. I was using a Nikon D800E with a 14-24 F2.8 lens. 14mm, F2.8, 25 second exposure and ISO 6400
