Venus in the early morning sky just before the clouds covered it up. Went up to the Parkway to see the sky. Nice low clouds hinted at an amazing sunrise (which it was) . The lights of Hendersonville, NC in the distance and visibility all the way to the Tryon Ridge (50+ miles) along the escarpment at the state line of NC/SC
