I had this photo planned from some time ago, based on data supplied by the hnsky planetarium app and The Photographer's Ephemeris. The only missing piece was the weather. Once I saw that this might be favorable, I drove about 50 miles from my home in the south of Athens Greece to Cape Sounion, to take as many shots as I could . It was a nice coincidence that I found the temple of Poseidon, the Sea God, been illuminated, and looking like, due to the humidity in the air, illuminating the Moon, too.
