The skies cleared at moonrise and although it was -1 below it was an amazing experience to witness the umbral and total eclipses. I learned a lot trying to photograph the moon approximately every ten minutes, constantly adjusting for light and reframing the moon in the viewfinder.

Lens-Tamron 150-600mm
With Tamron 1.4X teleconverter
Edited in Lightroom for clarity and sharpening and then made into composite using Corel Paintshop Pro with some additional brightness and contrast editing.
