Chasing a hole in the clouds and avoiding fog really paid off. We ( me and a couple of friends) woke up at 2, drove 360km round trip, the roads were iced over like never before and we still did manage to shoot this wonderful eclipse. An absolute joy to witness this, as the people were sleeping unknowingly in the vilages below.
